How to install and fix the stainless steel cable mesh on the metal frame? The most commonly used installation accessories are stainless steel wire ropes and ferrules.
First, determine the orientation of the mesh panel and frame, and then fasten each corner of the mesh panel to the frame
Next, wrap the metal mesh on the frame with a wire rope in one direction.
Finally, the wire rope can be fixed with a ferrule closure. The method is shown in the following figure:
The above method is generally suitable for a rectangular metal frame. If the metal frame is irregular, the mesh panels of the stainless steel cable mesh will involve cutting. The tool for cutting metal mesh is wire rope scissors.
The stainless steel wire rope mesh is in a contracted state in its natural state. After stretching, the opening angle of the mesh is 90° or 60°. Therefore, when cutting irregular metal mesh, it is more accurate to stretch and fix it on the frame, and then cut along the frame more accurately. The wire rope at the end of the mesh panel of the cut stainless steel cable net is in an open state. At this time, it only needs to be stamped and fixed by stainless steel ferrules.
In addition to the tailoring method, our customers have also created another method–install and fix the stainless steel cable mesh in irregular frames. The flexible and elastic stainless steel cable mesh mesh panel can be folded arbitrarily. So the customer folded the excess mesh along the metal frame and fixed it in the mesh. See the image below for details.
